I didn't have an appointment, but I had done my research prior to the passing of my ferret. They took me in without an appointment, no problem. They had the most affordable option. I felt comfortable that they were going to take good care of my girl, and they did. I did not expect to get some of her fur back, but I am so grateful that I did. Overall the experience of taking her in and getting her back, was quick and simple. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much.

These are the kindest, most caring people and they took care of our Mabel Kitty and returned her in a beautiful engraved box with a ceramic heart with her paw print. Peaceful Paws truly cares about your pets - and one of the way that is evidenced is by their very own dog, Wyatt, who greets you at the door and loves to play in the sprinklers on a hot day! Thank you, Peaceful Paws, for your kindness and caring at a difficult time for our family (both human and pets).

Very upset had my car cremated. They were suppose to do a clay paw print and they didn't instead we received a heart with our cars name on it and no paw print. Then they spelled out name wrong on numerous papers. To top this all off it took a week which is fine but we were told a couple days. I don't reccomend this place.

I lost my dog suddenly and unexpectedly after having her for 15 years. I called Peaceful Paws the evening she had passed, they were so kind and offered the options of picking her up, or for me to drop her off myself, which would obviously be very helpful had she been a big dog. I was there with her the next morning, and had her back within four days in a beautiful engraved urn, along with a ceramic imprinted pawprint, ink pawprint, and plenty of other thoughtful extras. They offer absolutely amazing services, and the most kind and compassionate customer service. I hope I don't require their services again anytime soon, but when I do, I will definitely be coming back here. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your business to them, I have already told family and friends with pets all about them, and will continue telling people about them.

I was very happy with the level of service I received, although, I question if the cremation of my 5 lb. Papillon was, in fact, private as I had requested. I picked up her cremated remains and did not think anything about it, seeing that she was bagged, wrapped safely in a lot of tissue paper and placed in a nice decorative fabric bag. Today, I received her specially ordered urn from a different company that I work with and when I went to place her cremains inside they will not fit. I work in the industry, people, not pets, so I have knowledge of the amounts that should be returned. They vary, don't get me wrong, but a 5 lb. dog should not yield more than maybe a 1/2cup of cremains, no matter what they are cremated in because that all burns away, leaving only skeletal remains. My other dogs, that were privately cremated who weighed well over 50lbs were just barely more cremains than what I received of this sweet girl. Makes me think...hmmmmm?? I don't know what to do now. I'm just sad over this possible lack of ethics.
